By downloading, installing, or using the CuraCircle Patient or CuraCircle Caregiver applications, or by accessing www.curacircle.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use CuraCircle.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and CuraCircle. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a CuraCircle account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older. If you are creating an account on behalf of an elderly patient who cannot manage technology independently, you may do so as their caregiver or legal guardian.
To use CuraCircle, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You may not create accounts for others without their consent, except as a caregiver or legal guardian managing access for a patient who cannot do so independently.
As a patient, you control your care circle. You may invite caregivers by email and remove them at any time. By inviting a caregiver, you consent to sharing your medication information, dose history, adherence data, and appointment information with that person.
As a caregiver, you may only access patient information for patients who have explicitly invited and connected with you through the app. You agree to:

Your use of CuraCircle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CuraCircle, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
CuraCircle and all its content, features, and functionality — including the app design, code, logos, and text — are owned by CuraCircle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CuraCircle for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
CuraCircle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Push notification delivery depends on device settings, internet connectivity, and third-party notification services which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuraCircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CuraCircle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of CuraCircle, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Upon termination, your right to use CuraCircle ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of CuraCircle after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
